I’m not 100% sure to be honest, there are a few ways ( that I can thin of ) to do them, the blocked white bits, like bobas visor for example, could be blocked out with either tape or thick card or even oil pastels/wax/crayons cos they repel water. Then the figure is drawn with water and paint is splashed on at certain points…. thats how I think they are made anyway… lemme know if you find out anon =)
